What is the working principle of the DP series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher?

◎The DP series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher allows for the stepless adjustment of the discharge opening by raising or lowering the crushing cone via the bottom hydraulic cylinder. When uncrushable material enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system smoothly dissipates the impact force to protect the machine; once the foreign object has passed through, the system automatically restores the discharge opening to its original setting—preventing stalling and effectively providing overload protection.

◎In the event of a shutdown under load (such as a sudden power outage), the bottom hydraulic cylinder offers a long stroke, enabling the crushing chamber to be cleared and wear compensation for liners to be performed quickly and automatically via a simple control panel interface. This ensures timely and convenient adjustment of the discharge opening, delivering performance far superior to that of spring-type cone crushers and significantly reducing downtime. 

◎During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via a pulley, V-belts, a drive shaft, and a pair of spiral bevel gears.
